How this board was built

S-tier weapons are the four kits an October 9 refresh put at the top: Shadow Monarch, Flame Director, Cataclysm, and Mochi Commander. Traits are grouped by the printed combat stats, with Fortune called out for farming rather than boss damage. Accessory letters follow the size of the printed buffs and how early the recipe is. Pair bonuses and the 60% crit and 40% cooldown caps can matter more than the letter.

S tier

traitsDeadeye0.01% displayed chance. +20% damage, +5% crit chance, +50% crit damage. Best when your crit chance is still under the reported 60% cap.

Player decision Stop auto-reroll here on a weapon you will keep for crit damage.

traitsSupernova0.01% displayed chance. +24% damage, +12% cooldown reduction, +20% attack speed, +3 walk speed. The cooldown piece can clip the 40% cap.

How many weapons can I equip?

Two. You can switch between them during a run. Named pair bonuses need both weapons equipped at the same time.

What should I play first?

Story, on a difficulty you can finish. Redeem codes first, fill both weapon slots, then buy the first Attack node if the Skills tab shows it. Defend, Infinite, and raids are poor places to learn a kit.
