Mochi Commander

Mochi Commander deploys up to three turrets while its first skill recharges. The October 9 table lists it as Arcane at 0.04% normal and 0.4% lucky, on the Zenless banner rather than the ordinary lower-rarity pool. Katakuri is the reported alias, and a place-matched index lists Katakuri as Arcane.

Roll the Zenless banner. A place-matched index lists the same rarity under the name Katakuri.

Keep pressure up by casting turrets while the first skill recharges. The kit is weaker if you ignore that rotation.
